To apply: Make sure skin is clean and free of moisturizers, oils, fragrances and powders. Peel backing paper from Nipple Cover and apply to nipple. Press firmly to prevent creases.

To remove: Peel carefully away from nipple. If it does not come away easily, apply baby oil to cover. Leave until soaked through, and then remove slowly.

Caution: Not recommend for use during breast feeding or if irritation occurs.
