Up for bid is a sexy new black halter mini dress.  It ties in the back around the neck.  It has a silky lining under the bust line & around the top that lines the top bust line.  It's a mini dress, it can be worn with tights or without.  I have stretched the bottom a little for the picture so you can see how it will look on legs.  The bottom will fit snugly to your legs and you can hike it up to look like a longer top or leave it down to be a mini dress.
