Due to hygiene reasons I do not accept returns on hosiery/lingerie items or if an item has been opened that was originally received in a sealed package.  I can only refund or exchange these items that are defective or if it is a result of a shipment error.  All items are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch to avoid this.  If this occurs please contact me within 7 days of receipt.

Exchanges of footwear are accepted, however, the customer must cover the postage costs to return the original item and pay a further amount to cover the postage to send out the replacement even if the listing shows free postage - to send out a replacement for shoes will be £4.99 and for boots £5.99.  If items are returned due to fit and a replacement is not required we have to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods to cover our costs.  Our size conversions are guidelines and we do not take responsibility for ordering the incorrect size.  If in doubt please email us.

If a refund is requested for footwear, they must be returned in their original packaging, in immaculate unworn condition and the box undamaged (DO NOT TAPE ANYTHING TO THE BOX OR TAPE THE BOX DOWN) REFUNDS WILL BE DECLINED IF THIS OCCURRS AS WE ARE UNABLE TO SELL THEM AS BRAND NEW.  If they are received in  any other condition no refund will be given and it will be down to the customer to collect the goods.  Please note the restocking fee of 20% will apply for footwear items being returned when a replacement is not required.

I give excellent advice and guidelines to customers on sizing, however, I cannot take any responsibility if they do not fit, therefore if an alternative size is required, you will have to pay to return the original pair, and pay the original postage costs to resend a different size.

If parcels are returned to me, ie; not collected from post office, incorrect address provided by customer, etc, the customer will have to pay the original postage costs for me to resend them.

I reserve the right not to exchange/refund if the above procedures are not followed.
