Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

We accept Paypal, Nochex, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Visa & AmEx Cards for immediate dispatch.

All major Credit and Debit cards are now accepted including American Express.
Cheques will be accepted on the understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (Approx 7 Days)

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL payments for transactions OUTSIDE of the UK.
Under no circumstances will we accept payment by any other method from overseas bidders, if you cannot abide by this please don't bid.

Paypal is welcomed from UK bidders/buyers

Details for UK Cheques are included in the request for payment invoice at the end of the auction/sale.

All payment must be made within 7 Days of the auction ending unless previously agreed.
We reserve the right to re-auction any items not paid for after 7 Days

If multiple purchase are being accumulated to take advantage of our TNT shipping option (UK Mainland Only) a maximum period of 14 Days is allowed to complete your order providing we have been advised of your intentions.

Postage

We only charge the actual postage/shipping cost with a small allowance for packaging materials.

We are happy to combine postage costs where possible for multiple auction purchases.

The best shipping option for within the UK Mainland is our TNT option which entitles you up to 20 Kilos for delivery, Ideal for heavy, low cost items.

Any items returned as undeliverable will only be resent on receipt of an additional carriage/postal payment.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure a correct delivery address is advised.

TNT will only deliver to an address where they can receive a signature for the goods, if no one is at home during the Day please advise an alternative address for delivery (Neighbour, Friend, Family, Work etc)

We cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers in the UK or Overseas.

Airmail can work out very expensive for heavier items, Please enquire about the costs before bidding.

It's too easy to buy something for £1.25 then to be charged £8.00+ for Airmail

Surface Mail is a cheaper alternative to Airmail providing you can wait up to 5-6 Weeks to some destinations.

Shipping

We always use Royal First Class post for smaller items within the UK.
For larger, heavier or multiple items we use TNT within the UK

Overseas we use Royal Mail Airmail or Surface Mail
Larger items can be sent with FedEx, UPS or DHL

We always give ever bidder the option to collect the goods from our premises in Rochdale.

Delivery

We always try to ship your goods on the same Day as your payment is received.
We only sell items that are in-stock.

Refunds & Returns

A full refund is offered if you are not satisfied in any way with the goods that we supply, providing we are informed prior to the goods being returned within 7 Days of the auction ending.

We only display a small amount of the products that we produce on eBay if you have any requirements that you cannot see in our eBay store, Please enquire.
