Items are not posted until payment has cleared.

I do not accept personal callers for collection, I only post items. Postage costs quoted are for UK mainland only - costs to Highlands, Isle of Man, Ireland etc will be higher for any large item that is sent by courier!

I package items as carefully as possible to try and ensure breakages do not occur, but I do not refund for items damaged/lost in shipping.

Please note that item will be sent by courier & will require a signature on delivery. Courier will be booked to collect item within 7 days of receipt of cleared payment. Tracking reference will be emailed to the buyer as soon as it is collected. Please note that any claim for loss/damage in transit will need to be made by the buyer to the courier company - I do not do this for you.
