Shipping & handling:

     -All of our items are shipped from our product import location Hongkong and only by postal airmail service with tracking number within 48 hours(business day only) after payment received. Our buyer will receive a payment and shipping notification with tracking number in 24 hours after sold item is shipped out. For tracking your item and the arrival time. please go to your country's post office website or your local post office(with your ID too) to check your item with the tracking number 3 days later after you receive your payment and shipping notification.
     -Local pick-up is not available.
     -We ship worldwide and the shipping time normally takes 7-20 business days, but it could be up to 30 business days due to traffics or custom inspection, ect.
     -Extra care will be taken to protect your packages when shipped.
     -Combined shipment is available for purchasing multiple items (except large items like guitar)from our selling list. Each additional item has 50% off for shipping fee.
