Returns and the Distant Selling Regulations.

The Regulations.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, (DSR), buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. Our Terms With Regard To DSR.

Buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract. Items must be returned (arrive) within 30 days of the purchase contract, (day of purchase). The buyer is required to pay for the return of the goods which must arrive with us in the condition they were recieved. The condition of the returned items is the sole responsibility of the person returning the goods including whilst in return transit to us.
