Description
A beautifully proportioned set of six English walnut dining chairs with carved back rail above an interlaced centre splat with newly re-upholstered overstuffed seats on cabriole supports. This set of chairs are a superb example of their type with lovely colour and patination. Age of furniture is 1850-1860. This price includes labour only for re-upholstering in a fabric of your choice. Please note we have a traditional in house upholsterer to complete this work. You can supply a fabric and we will cover the chairs at this price or alternatively contact us so we can supply fabric at cost for these chairs. Dimesions : Height 35 x Width 18 x Depth 18 Inches

Condition Report
All six of the chairs were stripped back to the bare wood, all joints knocked apart and re-glued. The chairs have also been treated for woodworm, french polished, oiled and waxed. They have been traditionally re-upholstered using coil springs, natural coir fibre all hand stitched. Currently covered in hessian, ready for your choice of fabric. Whilst we make every endeavor to point out if there is any major damage or restoration work, we cannot point out every ding, dent or mark, after all, if you were over 100 years old you might have a few battle wounds and scars on show. This item is antique and character marks can be seen due to the age. Items are purchased as seen on the photographs. Payment - Must be received within 5 days of the auction ending. We accept personal cheque, bankers draft, Bank transfer, paypal or cash on collection. Items will dispatched promptly when full payment has cleared.

Collection - We will warmly welcome anyone wishing to collect or view the furniture in our workshop showroom but may we request that you call us a few days prior, just in case it is in our store or located in our high street shop.

Delivery - United Kingdom Deliveries: Exeter/Plymouth area £30.00 delivered by ourselves. Outside this area - £80.00 U.K. mainland only. . For Highlands, Islands and other hard to reach areas there may be an additional cost. Please contact us prior to bidding if you think this may apply to you. We use professional furniture carriers - Larger pieces of furniture will be delivered by two men and where possible, positioned in your home where you require.

Packing and Insurance - Your item will be packaged to protect it in transit. For your further piece of mind all deliveries are fully insured in transit and during delivery.
