Here we have a quite exceptional SET of 6 solid silver georgian spoons.

Hallmarks are deep and clear,maker's mark annoyingly a little less so!.

Each is assayed in London.

All are year letter R for 1812 and by maker William Sumner.

All are delightful pieces!

This lovely set is of exceptional quality and each is a most delightful piece of table silver.

Weight of actual silver is 163 grams (5.24 troy ounces),each piece is made of thick gauge silver throughout. 

Each spoon is 7 inches in length. 

The condition is excellent,stems are thick and strong and bowls of good shape. 

Each is engraved with the most lovely and clear crest and always has been,definitely no erasures either.

The pattern is the ever popular OLD ENGLISH.

A truly beautiful and most wonderful ANTIQUE SET.
