Offered here is a set of 3 drone valves for bagpipe drones. These drone valves control the air flow to the drone reeds and allow you to limit the air flow for comfortable blowing. These also allow a clean cut-off which is sometimes difficult for less experienced players using synthetic drone reeds. These are pre-set (for blowing strength) but are easily adjusted by tightening, or loosening, the slip knot on the elastic of the valve. Drone valves are only suitable for use with synthetic pipe bags which allow access to the bag's interior via a zipper, clamp or other arrangement.
Please Note: I offer these bagpipe accessories as a service to my regular customers who have problems purchasing such items, either because of their location or, work commitments. These accessories are offered at this price to reflect the retail cost for which I purchase them plus relevant fees for offering them in this forum. If you have a local supplier of bagpipe accessories, please use them, as they should be able to supply this item 10% cheaper than it is being offered here!
