Paypal from verified accounts for all card payments is our preferred option for speed & security.
Cheques made payable to Bits & PC's (Storrington). Please allow up to 5 working days for cheques to clear.     
For security purposes, if the customer wishes to collect the goods, we require proof of identification.

Shipping

We use Royal Mail for smaller items, larger items are shipped by Business Post. Please provide a contact telephone number that we may pass on to the carriers on checkout.
Every product is carefully wrapped using quality packaging to ensure a safe shipment to you.
   
All Royal Mail items can be insured for up to £32.00. Additional insurance is available where necessary.
   
We aim to send your goods within 1-3 working days of receipt of cleared funds (excluding weekends).
   
Our shipping prices reflect all packaging costs, postage costs, & a small allowance for administration & VAT.

If you buy from us we guarantee you will like what you purchase.
Ebay's fee structure does not allow us to supply goods on 'approval', however, things can & do go wrong, therefore there may be circumstances where it is necessary to return the goods to us.  For example: if a purchase is faulty, mis-described, or we send incorrect goods, we will refund everything you pay us, & re-emburse you for reasonable postage costs incurrred for returning the goods to us. Items supplied with seals intact will NOT be accepted for return unless faulty or incorrect.

We are a business registered for VAT in the UK. Where applicable a VAT invoice will be issued with the goods.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for & ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
