About Us

SimplyRun is run by people who have a passion about running. The company was established in 2004 by its current managing director who himself is a keen runner and qualified personal trainer.


We are currently based in Stratford upon Avon and have a bricks-and-mortar shop as well as offices and storage - we are therefore an established retailer with genuine links within the running industry and not a make-a-quick-profit-and-disappear outfit.


All of our products are new and are sourced through official channels within the UK. We have accounts with major suppliers including Nike, Asics, Polar and many many more. None of our products are sourced outside the UK and we do NOT deal in grey imports. All of our products come with full manufacturers warranties and we fully comply with the appropriate terms and conditions relevant to companies who sell by mail-order or over the web.

PaymentTerms

PayPal - We accept PayPal payments for most of our eBay items.    
Telephone - If you would prefer you can call us with your payment details on 0845 257 0441. We accept all of the major credit and debit cards. PLEASE NOTE: We do require full card holder address details when paying over the phone. These details are checked against those held by the genuine card holder to help combat fraud.    
Cheque - We do accept cheques but your item will not be despatched until full payment has cleared.    
Postal Order - We accept postal orders.    
Cash - If you happen to be near the Stratford upon Avon area then feel free to pop in and pay with cash, it is always nice to meet fellow runners!

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour.     
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. This is usually within one working day (most orders are shipped the same day). 
If your item is needed the following day it may be best to give us a follow up call on 0845 257 0441 just to ensure it has been processed for shipment the same day, our cut-off time for next-day shipment is around 3pm (although we can do a little later if you call us).   
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping will be delayed if you choose to pay by cheque as we will have to wait for clearance.

Terms

We have tried to be as accurate as possible in our listing description. All of our items are new, boxed and have full warranties unless it is clearly stated in the item description. We do sell 'used' items from time to time through eBay, these are very often unwanted customer returns, warranty repairs or demo models. If the item is not new it will again be clearly stated in the description.


Unless otherwise stated on the product description, we offer full 12 warranties on all of our products, even if they are repairs/ex-demos etc.

PaymentTerms

If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item and your item is deemed as returnable (see below) we should be contacted on contacts@simplyrun.co.uk or on 0845 257 0441 to obtain a returns authorisation number (RAN). 
The item should then be returned to the address below. The item should be well packaged with all of its original parts and the RAN number should be clearly displayed on the outside of the packaging and a covering note should be enclosed detailing the reason for return.  
Any items returned without a RAN number will be returned.

Is Your Item Returnable?  Your item is returnable if it is covered by a valid warranty or is unwanted (see below).

 If your item is not returnable it will state this clearly in the body of the eBay description. This is usually for items which are ex demo models or customer returns.   
 Is Your Item Unwanted?  We offer a guarantee to refund you in full for any items that are returned to us within 7 working days of receipt if they are unwanted. These items must be new, unused and come with all their original packaging and instructions. Any items returned that are not found to be in 'A1' condition will be returned back to you.   
 Return Postage Costs.  We will not reimburse costs incurred by you for returning items that are fully working and unwanted.
We also reserve the right to charge shipping on items that are exchanges for original orders. If your item is faulty we will cover your return postage costs.
