Faulty Items & Warranties : UDM LTD offers a standard 12 month Manufacturers Warranty on all Electrical Goods UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED

Should an item be deemed faulty upon Delivery we will inspect the Item first, and send a replacement immediately if the fault Cannot be fixed.

After 28 days have elapsed all other Warranty repair claims will be processed via the appropriate Manufacturer (subject to their approval - If the fault is deemed a 'Non Warranty' repair we will inform you of any costs before any repair work is undertaken)

EXCEPTIONS
