 This kit was bought from Wicks. It did include a garden tap which I have removed and used.  What it left are all the parts needed to make a connection to a 15mm pipe without having to cut off the supply.  No special tools are needed. Instructions are included.

Remember, this does not include the garden tap. You can pick this up rather than have it delivered if you wish.
