Description of Cottage

Vine Tree Cottage is a Grade II listed, 15th Century traditional timber framed cottage. Recently renovated to high standards. Has all modern conveniences, but retains charm and beauty. Set in the grounds of Vine Tree Farm, our guests have freedom to roam over 60 acres of fields and paths in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Cosy and welcoming, you will feel really at home in Vine Tree Cottage. With an enclosed back garden, furniture and BBQ for the warm weather, but with wood burning stove for cosy warmth in the cold weather, your will always be able to make the most of your holiday break.

One double bedroom, one double bedroom plus cot, one twin room, one "minstrel gallery" with two futon/matress beds. Double sofa bed in lounge

Beautiful modern kitchen with: built in hob and oven, fridge freezer, access to washing machine, access to tumble drier, microwave, iron and ironing board, well supplied with pots, pans, crockery and cutlery for up to ten persons.

Spacious and comfortable lounge with woodburning stove. TV with Sky TV, DVD player. CD player and collection of CDs

All rooms have electric heaters for "instant heat"

Gardens to front, side and rear. Enclosed rear garden contains garden furniture and BBQ. Suitable for dogs to enjoy themselves!

Plenty of parking in farmyard.

Well behaved pets very welcome. Lots of walking available for dogs.

We can provide by arrangement, a highchair or cot.

Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring your own bedlinen and towels.

The only "extra" we ask is, in these now colder months, a contribution of £5 per night towards the cost of electricity, lighting and the logs for the wood-burning stove. You can pay this either as you book or alternatively by cash or cheque during your visit with us; whatever you find most convenient.

20 minutes from Cheltenham.

20 minutes to Broadway and Winchcombe

And within half an hours drive or so; Stow-on-the-Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water, The "Slaughters" (unattractive name for a glorious place to visit) and many other lovely Cotswolds villages, inlcuding my personal favourite, Bibury (about 45 minutes)

Plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area. One of the best, the "Teddington Hands" is a two minute drive or a very pleasant 15 minute walk.
