Taking Selenium-ACE one-a-day tablets, as part of a healthy lifestyle, is an ideal way of ensuring an adequate intake of essential antioxidant nutrients and providing natural cell protection for the entire body. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the packet.

Directions for those over 12 years of age: one tablet to be swallowed (with liquid if required), first thing every morning or last thing at night, ideally on an empty stomach. A regular course is recommended.
