Dispatch and Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

We try to dispatch all items within 3 days of your order being placed (on receipt of a successful payment). Once dispatched items usually take 1-5 working days to arrive depending on which service is used. Orders placed after 4:30pm on Fridays or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Please note that during busy periods or over bank holidays your item may take slightly longer to arrive. 

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost

If an item happens to become lost when in transit it can only be declared as a lost item by the Royal Mail on the15th working day after posting. Please contact us if you suspect your item has become lost during posting. After the 15th working day we will be able to make a claim for your lost item with the Royal Mail. Once a claim has been successful we will be happy to refund you, or replace the item if we have one in stock. Please be aware it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide eBay and PayPal with a correct delivery address. We can only ship to the address supplied by PayPal. If an item becomes lost during posting and an incorrect address was supplied we cannot accept responsibility for your lost item.

Damaged

If your item has become damaged during posting please contact us so that we can make a damaged item claim with the Royal Mail. You must then return the damaged item and all the original packaging to us. Upon receipt of the item and a successful claim being made we will dispatch a replacement item to you free of charge. You must contact us within seven days if you suspect your item was damaged during posting. 

Returns Policy

We will only accept return of an item is faulty within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact us detailing any faults before returning a faulty item. Please be aware that the buyer is solely responsible for all return postage costs. When returning an item please be sure to package it securely and include all original accessories. If an item becomes damaged during posting we may not be able to replace or repair said item.

We cannot accept return of any unwanted or wrongly ordered goods.

It is up to you to make sure the part fits your car, we can only advise on the information you give us
