• Buyer will save $0.5 for each additional item, no matter if you are buying from the same listing or from different listing.

• Delivery to major cities like San Francisco, London, Syndey usually take less than 5-7 days to arrive.
• For other areas, delivery will take around 8-12 days to arrive.
• Please report any non-receipt if item does not arrive within 15 days after confirmation of shipment.
• Buyer could request to have the item resent if it does not arrive in 15 business days after confirmation of shipment.
• Buyer could request a full refund if item does not arrive in 21 business days after confirmation of shipment or 15 business days after being resent. (compatible to paypal 45 days chargeback limitation, which helps to secure the interest of our buyer. )
• Will Ship Worldwide, except for some countries with extremely long custom clearing time or high mail losing rate. Please check with seller if you have any question. 
• Buyer pays all the shipping and handling cost.

Note: International Buyer 

• Seller will pay full shipping cost. No extra cost should be charged upon receiving your item. If there is any, please check with the postman and see if this is import duty, if there is any.
• Buyer will be responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any.
• We will declare item as gift with an appropriate value to help customer saved the import duty, if any.

• We accept Paypal only. 
• All payment are expected within 7 days after the winning auction is closed.

• Item could be returned to our Warehouse in Hong Kong.
• If buyer has purchased by mistake, he/she must leave positive feedback and reimburse seller US$1 insertion fee to cancel the order.
• Item must be returned within 30 days after confirmation of payment.
• Only item proven to be defective upon arrival will be entitled to full refund plus return shipping.
• The total amount of return shipping should not be more than the original shipping cost.
• If buyer would like to return item in good condition, a 15% handling cost will be charged.
• It will take up to 10 business days to process your return/refund after we have received the returned product.
