These are the last few bits from my Seagull Outboard.  This is the crank case GFPC 599DD9 from a 40+ clutch drive seagull outboard. 

It was working fine before the strip down - the cylinder block cracked and was found to be quite furred up in the water galleries.  The piston itself looks good with some very light (and I do mean light) scoring - you can't even feel them with your finger nail.  These engine run with so much oil that they always seem to be in good condition, the shafts are nice and clean (the flywheel was removed as per the manual) and I cannot feel any wear.

The cylinder head could do with cleaning up but is otherwise OK.  There is also a head gasket which appears to be made from 3 layers of copper.  I wouldn't like to say whether is it useable.
