PCArena accepts payment via PayPal (Postage only to address registered with Paypal), Cheques, Postal Order, Any Credit/Debit Card (via Paypal) or direct Bank Transfer.
All our listings include VAT at the current rate.
All payments received & confirmed before 4pm will be dispatched the same day by the delivery method selected.
Items requiring courier delivery must be ordered before 2:45pm
Requests for courier delivery that involves a sea crossing are subject to a further charge, which we will contact you about if you place an order.
Any order placed using an unconfirmed PayPal delivery address may be subject to checking delays or cancellation.
We offer a variety of Postal methods to give you choice but always recommend you use Recorded Delivery or better so your item can be tracked in transit & is insured if it should go missing or be damaged in transit.
We keep a record of all items dispatched.

Warranty & Returns

Unless stated all items are supplied with a 12 month return to base warranty.
If you change your mind about your purchase you may return it to us within 7 days (from the confirmation of sale) as long as the packaging is unopened & undamaged.
All returns must be authorised by PCArena. To obtain authorisation to return please follow our full terms & conditions
All items returned as faulty will be tested. Once confirmed faulty we will dispatch a replacement item to you. If no fault is found we will return the item to you as per the conditions explained in our RMA email.
All postage costs associated with returning any items are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure any item returned is sufficiently packaged & postal insurance is taken out to guarantee the return can be tracked
