You can either take the clubs to your local Golf Shop for verification or, the best and most accurate way is to send the clubs to the manufacturer for verification.  This can be expensive.

·         Please do not ask me to email or send you the S/N. Serial numbers may be copied and by sending authentic S/N’s via email may help counterfeiters.  The S/N is not the only way to tell if a club is authentic.

• International Buyers – Please Note:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

·         If you don't get a shipping notification email, I do not send tracking numbers for security reasons.  I have heard of people contacting shipping companies and, by having the tracking number, diverting the delivery to a different address.  If you wish, I can track items for you and keep you posted if I can. 

·         Also for security reasons, I only ship to the address on the PayPal account.

·         All of my shipping costs are calculated.  In other words, I don't set the rates, the shipping companies do.  I give you the option of which company to use for International shipping.  Please keep in mind that UPS is more expensive but is much faster, more reliable, and has far better tracking than USPS Priority Mail.  USPS Priority Mail is less expensive but is much slower, less reliable, and their tracking is horible at best.  You decide which you want to use.

·         If you are not satisfied with your purchase because it is not authentic, you may return the item.  I do not refund the shipping fees, only the price paid for the item.  Items that have been used may not be returned.
