If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund or replacement/alternative item. You must contact us first within 7 days from the receipt of your order prior to returning the item. Please include your name and address in the parcel and then return the parcel to us. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting or send by recorded delivery. Outbound or return postage will not be refunded.

We will happily exchange items that are returned unworn, unused and unwashed in the original packaging with all tags intact ie. in a saleable condition. If any part of the product is missing, damaged or soiled we cannot give a refund.
In the interest of hygiene and for all our customers benefit, intimate items of clothing cannot be refunded if the package has been opened or the item worn.

Any item found to have a manufacturers fault will be replaced or refunded without question. After you have informed us of the problem we will send you instructions in order to return the item. Again, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the faulty item.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order please inform us as soon as possible, ideally before dispatch, you must inform us though within 7 days after receipt of the item to arrange a return.

We are unable to replace or refund any item until the original is returned to us. However, if you choose, you may place a second order in the interim while you await your refund or replacement.
