"Heavily constructed schooner yacht, particularly suited for long ocean voyages, yet fast enough for ordinary summer cruising. Has proven herself a fine sea boat and very  comfortable in rough water. In 1924 she cruised to Honolulu and last year to Alaska without parting a rope yarn. Is built 40% in excess of Lloyd's requirements, and only the finest seasoned lumber was put into her............................................The engine is an 80 hp Winton. There are two suits of sails, also light sails. Her dimensions are approximately 105 x 86 x 21 x 12 feet. draft. She was built in 1924 and is now in New York waters, in commission and ready for immediate delivery."
