Schecter PT Custom Telecaster style guitar

An excellent opportunity to purchase this amazing guitar. Very good condition with some minor scratches to back and some of the gold worn off the pick-ups. Only used in the studio and a polish and re-string will make this guitar almost as new. The PT (Pete Townshend model) Custom is a guitar by Schecter in the style of a Fender Telecaster and is excellent quality. Rather than single coils, however, it has tappable humbucking pick-ups. In humbucker pick-up mode, the mahogany back with quilted maple top make the guitar very like a Gibson Les Paul for both sound and playability. It also has coil tappers on both pick-ups, using push-pull pots, making it more Telecaster sounding. It has stunning looks with it's mahogany body with quilted maple top and rosewood finger board, and fully bound in cream. This is possibly one of the most versatile guitars ever built. Included is a gig bag, which makes it quite heavy, hence shipping costs. This guitar is usually at least £350 when bought new, but with the demise of sound control, the only distributers of Schecter in the UK, they are becoming harder to come by.
