Items are packed well with bubble wrap or card in jiffy bags or boxes. However I cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable damage in transit. Some items sold are replaceable but most are one offs. Refunds and returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Good communication and politeness will get get you the best service. Items lost, damaged or delayed in the post will be refunded once claim has been successful with the post office. Proof of postage ALWAYS obtained. For additional insurance on items please ask. |
