Items are delivered using Royal Mail first class recorded and Parcel Force 24.

All parcels under 2kg (2000g) will go via Royal Mail. Estimated time of delivery: 1-4 working days. This delivery time is provided by Royal mail and is not guarranteed. If an item does not arrive within 30 days we shall send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

Over 2kg for most of the UK parcels will go via Parcel Force24.
Over 2kg some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage, please contact us before purchasing if this may effect you.

Stock levels

Although we do try to keep our stock levels high occasionally items may sell out. Normally products are back in stock within a few days. If there is likely to be a delay in dispatching your item we will contact you and you will have the option of waiting or receiving a refund.

30 day Return policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

 

Items returned within 7 days of receipt:- A full refund shall be issued for the price of the item plus delivery cost, buyer pays return cost.

 

Items returned within 30 days but after the 7 day deadline:- A refund shall be issued for the original price less 10% restocking fee, delivery and return costs at buyers expense.
