Within a few minutes of the auction closing, or clicking on a BUY-IT-NOW option, you will receive a confirmation  e-mail detailing fully all of our payment options. Customers wishing to make multiple purchases and take advantage of reduced postal charges must select all items required before making payment, the eBay system will combine these items at checkout and reduce the postage, should you experience any problems at checkout please request a combined invoice. All customers regardless of their payment preference must use the link, the 'Pay Now' button in this email. This checkout facility allows your delivery address details to be passed to our system and will stop you receiving unpaid item reminders if you are making a postal payment. Our postal address and bankers details are contained in the 'Winning Buyer' e-mail and at checkout. Orders paid by cheque may be delayed until cheques clear. Please allow 3 business days for bank transfers to reach our account.

Using the checkout facility will avoid delay in sending your purchase, please remember to include P & P costs as detailed in the listing and ensure your delivery details are correct. If making a postal payment you may find it convenient to print the checkout page and include this with your payment. We will acknowledge receipt of all payments by e-mail, also notify you when your item is dispatched.

We are based in the UK and dispatch smaller items by Royal Mail. Please add postage and handling as detailed above. Insurance for this item is available for £1 for UK deliveries. If you buy more than one of this item, you can save on postage! In that case, add the lower additional item P & P for each additional item ordered. Postage and Handling charges are clearly stated within the item description. You may combine multiple purchases from us to save on cost. The full postage will be charged on the first (highest rate) item, to this the lower additional item charge shown against each subsequent item selected will be added. To take advantage of this offer goods must be paid for in a single payment. The eBay checkout (The Pay Now Button) will calculate this saving for you. Optional Insurance is available in the UK at £1 for order values below £50 and £2 for order values between £50 and £200. Otherwise our liability is limited to providing certified proof of posting. Overseas buyers may have their orders sent via AIRSURE for an extra £4 in addition to the Airmail rates. International Buyers outside the stated delivery areas for this item please ask for shipping costs before bidding.

FAULTY GOODS. All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us carriage paid WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. The item will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
NON FAULTY GOODS. We accept the return of goods* that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
RETURNS FOR REFUND. These items* must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price less a 25% restocking fee will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded.

*Some products including headphones, cut length cables and all software are excluded from return unless faulty. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

Our feedback system is automated. Feedback is returned once the buyer leaves feedback, please wait until you receive your order before leaving feedback as we use this as a confirmation that the buyer has received their order. Where feedback is not received within 10 days of dispatch we will automatically send a reminder to confirm safe delivery.
 
 If you have not received your order by this time please let us know. Overseas buyers should allow up to 21 days for delivery.
