Refunds

Returns accepted. Your satisfaction is important to me therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase I will refund the cost of the item less postage charges and all Ebay listing and selling fees, if returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me before sending anything back.  The refund will be process once I’ve received the item in the same condition it was sent. I do not refund the cost of the original delivery charges or the return delivery charges. I cannot be responsible for returned jewellery which is lost, damaged or stole in transit, it is the buyer's responsibility, so it is advisable you use an insured delivery method, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. Buyer is responsible for any custom release charges if applicable. You must return the jewellery in all its original packaging and with its original authenticity card and you must not remove the identification tag that is attached to the jewellery. You must not have worn or altered the jewellery in any way.
