only thing that you have to make sure that your carrier is using the
same system and frequency in your area as the phone listed. ( For
example, Unicel uses GSM system in some markets and CDMA in others.
Some GSM carriers use GSM 1900 MHZ only, like T-Mobile, but AT&T
uses 1900 or 850 MHZ depending on the area) .
We
are in Closeout Liquidation business, concentrating on many products,

Shipments are generally made within 24-48 hours of your payment clearing, Unless stated otherwise. Get it Fast items are shipped within 24 hrs ( if you choose overnight shipping ) We ship via USPS Priority Mail or First Class (see auction details) . In some cases we use UPS, FedEx or DHL. United States & Canada for most items ONLY. In some cases we ship internationally to some countries in Europe, Australia, Japan, etc.. Please do not contact us about international shipping for any item that does not have this option listed. No will call/pickup is available on items that do not have pick up as an option at this time. RETURN POLICY:Our return policy is Exchange Only on most items. If you experience any problems with your order simply contact us via email within 14 days of receiving your item to set up a quick and hassle free exchange. Please include your eBay item number and a detailed description of the problem you are having.
Returns for refunds only apply in rare cases, when an exchange is not available, or prior arrangements have been made with the buyer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Our Shipping Rate is bases on the actual cost of shipping cost + the cost of material and labor involved. If you think our shipping chargers are too high, please do not bid on our items, since we do not want to get a low DSR rating after the fact. There are many choices available on eBay.
In most cases, when there is an issue with an item you received from us, there is no need to contact us to get a Return Authorization Number, just simply send the item back to us to the address bellow, including a note with an item mumbler and problem description. If the issue is with the handset only, pls send the phone only for exchange, so not send any accessories, such as batteries, battery covers or chargers. Your items will be exchanged and returned back to you within 24 hrs. From our experience, this will save time wasted on email correspondence.
