Hopefully you'll never need to know any of this, but just in case, we are fully compliant with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000.   Unwanted Items:   We will refund any item within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition and the packaging is un-opened (where applicable). We will refund the full cost of the item and the initial postage costs, but you are liable for the full cost of returning the item to us.      Faulty Goods:   We will refund or replace any items which are found to be faulty within the first 7 days of purchase. If you have any problems, just get in touch and well do our best to help you out.
