Under the distance selling regulations (2000), You as the customer have up to 7 days from the date the item arrives to you to return the item if it is not required, and you will receive a refund for the item and no postage costs.
 
To qualify for a full refund Items will need to be in their original packaging, unless they are damaged/ faulty.
*Full Refunds do not include any postage costs, as it is the customers’ responsibility to cover the costs for returns.. 

However, items on auction or normal buy it now, are not returnable.

A minimum 20% restocking fee is applicable if an item is returned after 7days; additional costs may apply if the item is returned damaged, packaging opened or the item used. 

We only provide a warranty IF STATED on the item sales page, otherwise your item is covered by the manufacturer’s LIMITED WARRANTY of the item in question (for which you must contact them directly).

Please note that there are certain items for which returns are not accepted at all such as ‘sold as seen’ and graded product’, this will be made clear on the items sales page.
Returns are the customers’ responsibility, and need to ensure the items are suitably packed and posted with the correct postage class. Proof of postage/ recorded delivery  should be taken out, as if any items are lost during the return, the customer will be liable for this and not the seller. 

Please also note that sometimes transport companies can delay in delivering items so please be patient as they instruct to wait 14 days before contacting them for lost parcels, but in a rare event of the parcel being lost by postal services you will have to wait a minimum of 14 days before we can send a replacement or give a refund.
