You are bidding on an old Sanyo stereo which I am putting up for sale to repair or for spare parts. It plays 6 CDs and has two tape decks. The speakers of the stereo are in working order, but the stereo itself need a couple of repairs. Both tape decks are not working anymore. It has been stored in the loft for a long time. It has been fully covered so it wouldn’t get damp or dusty, but when I took it down again it was very temperamental when it came to playing CDs. At the beginning it wouldn’t play self recorded CDs at all. After a while it did so without any problems. Then all of a sudden it decided not to play them anymore and it also wouldn’t play ordinary bought CDs. Since I bought myself a smaller stereo for my kitchen I don’t need this one anymore. I have had this stereo for a long time and it has been great. The radio still works perfectly and the speakers still work as well. I hope, that somebody, how likes fiddling around with electric will be able to get it working again.

Since it was all taped up in the loft the stereo has a lot of sticky marks. I have been trying to wipe them off but not much happened. There also seems to be a wax mark on the front of one of the speakers.

This auction is for a pick up only but I would be happy to send it off by post. If you need it sent please let me know before the auction ends so I can find appropriate packaging and I will give you the price as well (probably around the £12 - £15 mark).
