We normally ship most items same day, but depending on workloads it can be up to 4 days

with items that need testing before shippping, ie laptop motherboards, these normally will be lefto on test for 2-4 days before shipping, to make sure you have no problems so please allow a little longer on those items, any problems pleas email

Due to high order volumes on weekends and mondays, we rarely get all of the monday orders shipped same day, these normally will be caught up on on the tuesday, yet again, if items need testing before shipping this can take a few days

Items listed as untested, or faulty are sold on an no warranty no return basis, (sold as is) please do not buy such items unless you are happy with these terms

Printers that are sold as good are sold on an DOA warranty, ie it works when you get it, due to the nature of printers and consumables we do not accept any returns after 3 days

• IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PRINTER AND IT NEEDS TO BE RETURNED YOU NEED TO DO SO AT YOUR COST, IT IS AN R.T.B. WARRANTY (RETURN TO BASE) WE WILL NOT REFUND CARRIDGE COSTS, OR ARRANGE COLLECTION IF YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TYPE OF WARRANTY ON YOUR PRINTER DO NOT BID.

Normal items sold as good other than consumables which are sold as doa (3 days)  are sold with an 90 day rtb warranty.

An rtb warranty is as said, the item has to be returned to us at your cost, for testing before we can arrange an exchange,

note:

1. you have to return it at your cost 
2. We cannot arrange collection
3. we do need the item to be returned before we can replace it
4. we cannot arrange an advance exchange, under any circumstances, no matter how much trouble your client is.
5. if you want the advance exchange, instant replacement that day, they collect it from you, type of warranty, you need to go to a retail site, and pay full price not our discounted prices, we will happily replace or refund any faulty item, but need it back for testing before we can do so the same applies to parts that were incorrectly ordered or supplied, we need it back before we can do anything

from past experience it doesnt matter how simple and plain we make our simple you return it we test it we change it if needed warranty, there is always someone who screams and bawls that we need to send another part to them in germany, italy, or wherever before they send us the suspected faulty part back. it doesnt work that way sorry

• We normallly deal with returns (after we receive them from our postal room which is normally 24-48 horus after they receive them) we then normally deal with them in 2-5 days depending on what testing has to be done to them, we have found that in the case of returns with complicated goods, 80% of the returns are not faulty and in fact it wasnt the part the client really needed, so we have now installed a full testing service on returns to be sure rather than just sending a replacement and the client still has the problem and blames us.

we here at demontfords are a mail order only company that specialises in clearance stock of laptop, desktop and other computer parts, we manufacture inverters, lcd bulbs, laptop fans, and repair and refurbish pcb's and other computer parts

however, we unfortunately, do not have a site for collections as our stock holding site is a secure site and doesnt allow visitors, special arrangements can sometimes be made if you contact us from another site controlled by one of our clients.
