We require all goods to be fully checked before signing for the delivery. Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 –days of delivery, failure to do so will void your warranty. Items will be tested by our engineers, if found to be faulty we will firstly replace the item with a working model. If that isn’t possible we will offer a refund of the Item price (Not including the postage fees).
