If the winning auction is unfortunately found to be faulty or defective upon receipt, you are required to not only inform the seller of this within 48 hours but also return it within 7 days of receipt, failing which your request for exchange or refund will NOT be accepted, regardless of whatever reasons you may have.
Refund will be accepted only after deducting original shipping and handling as indicated in my listing in case there is no stock of the item in question available.
Returned item(s) must be in original resalable condition with original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving your returned item, we will send you a written confirmation by email and refund the purchase price to you via PayPal. As a normal practice, the whole process takes about 2 to 4 weeks.
