All returns must be authorised and given a return number by us. Any item returned without return number will be returned to sender in their cost.

    * Memory Cards which have been opened, and returned because they are not compatible with your device will incur a re-stocking fee of 40%.
    * Any faulty item which are returned under warranty will be replaced or fully refunded.
    * Shipping charges won't be refunded.


Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after purchase date. Any faulty item under warranty needs to be claimed to manufacturer 30 days after purchase date.
