Certain items will be delivered to our domestic customers using fully tracked courier services. All items are insured for their full value and signed delivery is guaranteed.

Royal Mail Airmail:

This is the basic postal package offered on lower value items being shipped to Europe. P ostal insurance is NOT included in the cost of airmail postage, however, ROYAL MAIL includes up to £39.00 GBP compensation against loss or damage. Delivery is usually 5-7 business days  but can take up to a few weeks to arrive in some cases. This service does not include a tracking number

This package is offered on all items for an additional fee and on higher value items it is the only option available for items sent from us directly. P ostal insurance is NOT included in the cost of domestic postage, however, ROYAL MAIL includes up to £36.00 GBP compensation against loss or damage. Should customers wish to purchase further insurance on their items they are advised to contact us for a quote before commiting to but. This service does not include a tracking number

Other Courier:

Certain items will be delivered to our international customers using fully tracked courier services. All items are insured for their full value and signed delivery is guaranteed.

Royal Mail Postage receipts are retained by us for 30 days and can be produced to assist customers with their claim in the extremely unlikely event that items should get lost in the post

For items sent using courier services the tracking numbers and appropriate web link will be provided to the customers via email (or eBay messaging) upon item dispatch
