The SanDisk CF Extreme FireWire Reader is the perfect accessory for SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash cards.

When coupled with a SanDisk Extreme IV CompactFlash card, it helps you speed up your workflow by transferring large image files faster through your computer’s FireWire port, at a speed of 45MB/s.

It also features the reliability and professional-level services that have become synonymous with the SanDisk Extreme product family.

The Sandisk Extreme FireWire (FW) Reader is a high performance reader, which provides you a complete digital system/solution for your photography needs.

It offers the highest performance requirement: 40MB/sec* (+/- buffer) sequential read and write.

It has one slot for CF (Type I and II). It supports FireWire 800/400 connectivity on both Windows and MAC Operating Systems.
