Cheques 
We accept payment by Personal cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Audio Electrical Ltd. Please allow 5-7 working days for the cheque to clear once we have received it. Goods will be despatched upon clearance.
Postal Orders 
Sent at your own risk. We suggest using Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery, to ensure that any loss can be compensated for.

Shipping

We dispatch all items that are paid for before 9.30pm the very next day. We use either DHL or Parcelforce for items over 2kg in weight, and Royal mail for anything weighing less than 2kg. It will always state in the listing which postal company we are using to delivery the item, If it says other courier this means its being posted using DHL.
Once we have dispatched your item, if its been posted either by DHL or Parcelforce you will receive a email on the day of dispatch with the tracking number. If you require a royal mail tracking number, these are available upon request.

Once the item is dispatched we cannot accept any liability or responsibility for delivery times. Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item when posted using Royal mail. In the unlikely event that a item is lost in the post, we will not refund or replace the item untill after 21 days.

Always read the item description in full before bidding/buying. It is the buyer's reponsibility to satisfy themselves, by asking us any questions, prior to committing to buy.
All our items are either new, surplus stock / ex-display or demonstration models, or as otherwise described in the listing. Always read the item description before bidding/buying. Ex stock and ex display items may have damaged packaging or slight cosmectic blemishers, This needs to be accepted before bidding. These items are usually new but may have been used for display/demo purposes, If the item has anything more than very minor marks it will always be stated in the listing.
The items we supply may or may not come with a manufacturers warranty card. It is at the manufacturers discretion if they honour their warranty. We offer a 45 day warranty on all our items.

Faulty items
All items are tested before dispatch and are always sent in full working order.
We will be happy to replace any items that are found to be faulty on arrival, or where we reach agreement that the items does not closely match our description. 
Please note no refunds are offered for sealed software that has been opened under any cicumstances
We must be contacted within 30 Days from the date and time of purchase by you. The item must be returned within 45 days of date of purchase. 
We will not accept any responsibility for damages or consequential loss arising out of the customer's failure to satisfy themselves that the item is fit-for-purpose within the initial 30 day period. Where applicable, we comply strictly with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Amended by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling)(Amendment) Regulations 689/2005.
When returing a item please put a note of the fault, your ebay id and ebay item number and return address in with the item. The more complete information you can give will assist us in identifying any alleged fault and returning a replacement to you. 
We reserve the right to offer a refund where we cannot offer a suitable replacement. 
Replacements will be dispatched within 3 days of receipt of the faulty item, once we have received the item back and confirmed the fault, and confirmed the serial number and security mark matchers the one which was sent. 
Refunds for Non-Faulty Items.
Where an item is not wanted or is re-tested upon return and found not to be faulty. refunds are for the item value only, minus a 10% re-listing/testing fee.
We do not refund any postage in the event of the Buyer no longer wanting the item. This statement complies with the CP (Distance Selling) Regulations.
We advise that returned items are posted using a recorded delivery service with an appropriate level of compensation for loss or damage as we cannot accept liability for parcels not received. 
We will not accept items back if they are not in their original packaging and complete with all the accessories as listed in the original listing. Failure to return in a complete state will render the buyer liable for the full cost of replacement of the missing accessories and or packaging.
