The unlocking instructions are not 100% guaranteed to unlock
your handset. Roughly 10% of handsets cannot be unlocked using unlocking instructions
due to various reasons (firmware, locked to Virgin Mobile etc…). While this
method does work on MOST handsets we do offer a FREE* alternative method if it
does not.
So sorry but no refunds can be given on these instructions. If
you are asking why? The answer is simple we send you the instructions for your
handset and it is up to you to insert them and carry out the instructions
correctly, unfortunately we have no way of knowing if the instructions have
worked for you or not and therefore we are unable to offer any refunds for this
service hence providing an alternative for Free*.
