Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item(s) will be dispatched within two working days. Please note we don't dispatch on Saturday or Sunday. Items are in perfect condition when posted. All our phones are brand new and boxed, and while some models come with extras such as headset, USB cable and carry strap the only standard included items are battery, manual and charger. Sometimes the seal on the box is broken to insert a sim, apply network settings or for random quality control. We take great care packaging every item as well as using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you.

Goods genuinely faulty on delivery or developing a fault within 21 days will be replaced, however we must be advised of any fault immediately. We will arrange for the return of any faulty goods at our cost. In the case of a fault developing after 21 days the phone is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please visit www.dialaphone.co.uk/myaccount after purchase and log in for details. If you simply change your mind or the phone is an unwanted gift this is the Dialaphone policy; 
We will only accept the return of a phone if it is unused and is returned to us undamaged via royal mail special delivery within seven working days of a customer's receipt. Please take your phone unused including all items shipped to any post office. Please enclose the receipt document that was posted with your phone. You may use the original bag in which you received the phone. Please note that you are responsible for the safe return of the phone to us in order for a refund to be processed. At the post office, please post the item via Royal Mail Special Delivery to the following address: DAP Returns, 20:20 Logistics, Bay 10, Duchy Road, Crewe, CW1 6BU Please ensure that you obtain and keep the receipt of postage. You will usually be advised of our receipt of your phone via email. A refund(for everything except the postage cost) will normally be applied to your original method of payment within 28 days. In the case of Paypal payments the refund will be sent as soon as the phone is received and checked.

By agreement with the networks we are unable to sell more than 2 handsets on a single network to the same customer in any 3 month period - please bear this in mind. Handsets connected to a network are intended for personal purchase only and as such we are unable to sell to anyone we know or believe to be dealing in mobile phones. This does not apply to SIM free phones. We believe the information on this page to be accurate; such information is subject to change without notice.
