We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Warranty is as stated in advert is "Return to Base". Customer pays to return item to us and we repair/replace and return at our expense.
All our stock is thoroughly checked before despatch to ensure it is in perfect working order to avoid any disappointment on arrival.
As these are graded items they can either have slight cosmetic blemishes/mark or the packaging could be damaged /opened. However this should not affect the performance of the product.
Returns
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded within 14 days of receipt of the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us safely in its original packaging.
Please always keep packaging safe in the unlikely event of return.
Payment must be received within 5 days of winning, regardless of bidding on other items. This applies to all and there are no exceptions. We are happy to accept Paypal as the preferred method of payment. We do also accept Bank Transfer,Bank Draft and Cheques made payable to TECHNOGLOBAL LTD. The packaging will not neccesarily be in perfect condition, we will state whether or not the packaging is the original or a replacement used.
The User Manual may be on a CD if we do not have the original.You may get user manual or CD with product but it is not guranteed.
