Why Call Us? There are many Companies advertising repairs to appliances. Many offering so called fixed costs and special warranties. Most of these are large companies and Sub Contract rather than employ direct Engineers. The Expertise and Qualification of these Operatives varies greatly from the True Professionals like ourselves down to plain and simple "Cowboys". As such The quality of Service provided by these companies can suffer as a result. Where one of these companies Engineers may well deem your appliance "Unrepairable" due to lack of Product knowledge of understanding, we could quite possibly fix it Starting at around £80. This we know from experience and customer feedback To give one of many Examples. A customer called us after having one of the top Google Advertisers out to her Samsung RS21 Fridge Freezer. Their Engineer was sent out at a Fixed charge of £99. On the initial Visit The Enigeer replaced a Fan Motor. After 24 hours the fault still existed and she waited a further 3 days for the Engineer to call back. He then ordered some more parts (this included a PCB and a Heater). After waiting 3 weeks the Engineer returned and fitted the parts and left, assuring the Customer this repair must work. After 48 hours the fridge still failed to cool. This is when The customer called us, a quick test revealed a Thermistor was out-of-range and needed replacing at a total cost of £89. We carried out the repair the Same-Day. The customer rang us 2 weeks later to say she was delighted with the Service and Repairs as the appliance has functioned perfectly since we repaired it. However, the Repair company she had initialy contacted would not offer her a refund of the £99 or any compensation for the inconvenience. This Is something we could not help her with!
