This travel cot is incredibly light and portable. It weighs around 3kg and you could definitely fit it in your suitcase if you needed to. It comes with its own carry bag that you can easily sling over your shoulder. It is about a quarter of the size of a regular carry cot and this frees up a lot of space in the car boot. You could also take this on a train or coach with no bother.
