Shipping:
UK Mainland shipping, packaging & handling charges are included within the postage price detailed in this listing. For shipping to northern Goods should be dispatched within 3 days of us receiving cleared payment, however this cannot be guaranteed. If the item is listed as available to international bidders, please contact us before placing your bid so that we can give you a shipping estimate to your location.
Some goods are marked 'collection only' which means that they are either too heavy or delicate to send via courier or post. In these cases, you must arrange your own method of collection from our offices in Crystal Palace, London. Please call to make an appointment as our office hours sometimes vary.
We cannot, under any circumstances, ship to a PO Box or a BFPO address. If paying by Paypal, we will only ship to the Paypal address. If your Paypal address is not 'verified' we will ask for proof of address.
Refund Policy:
If the item is listed as new:
It will be covered by a one year manufacturers return to base warranty. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must inform us in advance of the return.
If the item is listed as B-Stock:
The item will be ex-display or ex repair and may have some warranty remaining please contact us before bidding if it is not clearly stated in the ad.
If the item is used:
It will be covered by our 14 day warranty from the day the goods are received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must inform us in advance of the return.
If the item is marked 'Sold as Seen' in the description:
It does not come with any warranty and we will not accept returns. Should you wish to view an items listed as such please contact us first to arrange an appointment.
Returns Procedure:
If you are dissatisfied with your goods for any reason you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item either by email or by post.
If you have a problem with an item or a question about returns contact [returns@studiospec.com] quoting your eBay item number plus a description of the problem. If the goods are diagnosed as faulty and need to be returned, we will issue you with a Auction Return Number (ARN) number, this number must be clearly printed on the outside of all returned packages.
Please return goods in the condition in which they were received (with new goods, please take care when opening packaging) along with all supplied accessories. Failure to do so may invalidate any warranty on offer.
Should goods return in a state we deem as unsuitable, no refund or replacement will be possible.
