Combining Postage: I am happy to combine delivery on items you require.  

Contact us for further details BEFORE you go to checkout. I work this out by charging full price for the most expensive postage then half price of the cheapest ones.

International Buyers: Im willing to ship any where in the world with the exception of Italy.

I mainly despatch items within 48 hours of a cleared payment on a weekday. I dont post out on Saturdays. Items can not be despatched before payment has cleared. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for delivery.  

Understand that if you order on Friday you may not receive your items till Tuesday the following week. Our items are dispatched with in 48 hours and most of the time 24hours but I dont post out on Saturdays. Please be aware that there will be a slight delay here.

Also understand that I always obtain a certificate of postage for all our items to protect you. I will also make a compensation claim for up to £32 on your behalf if in the unlikely event you dont receive your items. For international shoppers I would strongly recommend that you pay for that your items are sent by International Signed For, especially for more expensive orders.

Payment

For UK Shoppers, I accept Paypal, personal cheques, bank transfer's, e-cheques. remember for e-cheques it does take longer for the cheque to be cleared, usually up to 7 working days. I cannot dispatch your items till this has cleared.

For Non-UK International Shoppers, Please pay by Paypal only.

Returns Policy

I hope that you are happy with your order.

Due to hygiene reasons I will give a refund as long as its not opened for items that are sealed. For those that are not sealed please ensure that they are not used or tested. Please note that I cannot accept returned goods that I reasonably believe have been used.

The refund will however exclude the postage costs.

Please also ensure that you contact me straight away and return the item to me within fourteen days. For your own security, we strongly recommend that you send the item(s) by "Recorded Delivery" or for international buyers "International Signed for" or some other trackable means. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.
