In this scene, the girls have just gone to park to find the painter who created a portrait of Usagi. They all want to have portraits done as well, but when they arrive at the spot, the artist is gone. The girls are dismayed, but Rei really goes on about it saying how she is a beautiful inspiration for artists and must be painted! This is the look she gets for her wild musings.

There is line fading as is common with all Sailor Moon cels due to their age.
