Sage

Sage is a herb which is often combine with other herbs, such as thyme, rosemary, basil, sometimes mint or oregano to spice up roast chicken, lamb or pork.

It is can be combined with other herbs, mainly thyme and beans in soups.

It is used to add flavour to potato and vegetable dishes, due to its bitter flavour.

Of course, it should not be overdone, or all you will taste is the sage.

Sage blends well with mild cheeses; a little sage is a delightful addition to a grilled cheese sandwich

All products that I sell are grade A culinary items and especially suitable for everyday cooking.

I use all of the products in my own daily cooking that I sell and can guarantee their suitability.

all items are POSTAGE FREE within the UK. Anyone outside the UK should email me prior to buying for postal delivery costs to their location.

As the UK Post Office has changed its pricing policy to include size as well as weight I have limited the sizes of each product to fall below the 100 gram limit.

Also, I now send out all products in plastic bags or metal foil so as to fit inside a normal envelope.
