your despatch notification.

receiving your item please check to ensure that the parcel has not
been opened or damaged.
Postage
1.
Postage Costs or return costs are non refundable under any
circumstances. All Transportation costs relating to the return of
goods is at the buyer’s expense.
All
return items must be in the original wrappings and unused, therefore
we make special mention to be very careful when unwrapping the items
to keep the wraps intact. Please keep hold of the original
packaging that the item(s) were delivered in as you will need to
return the item in the manner the item was received, this is
essential to avoid damages on return and we must let you know at this
stage that the responsibility for this is with the buyer.
This
is put in place to allow you the consumer a closer inspection of the
item first hand as you bought this item at a distance but also allows
us the seller to be able to re sell the item as brand new. If the
item is not resalable as new when returned we will not issue a
refund. This is especially the case with karate suits not
folded back in their packaging.
2.
It is very important that you know that the warranty covers
manufacturing defects only. It does not cover problems created
through misuse or lack of care. If an item requires installing
we will not take any responsibility if the item is damaged whilst
being installed.
We
are happy to take returns. Please check the product at the time
of
Receiving
and if it is damaged then please indicate this on the Delivery note
of the courier.
You
are then required to contact us within 48 hours (2 working days) by
telephone or Ebay messaging
Payment
To pay for your

Please
note that the total for the entire amount, including shipping, will
be automatically calculated for you at once you click the Pay Now
note, it is not necessary to request total from seller as our
checkout calculates this for you. Thanks!
Do
not pay until you have finished buying all the items that you want to

purchases trying to minimise the postal charges as best as we can.
