battery powered personal alarm (loud audio alarm). comes with belt clip and instructions. believed to be working though I havent felt the need to carry it for about 4 years and the battery has worn out...

Payment is required within 7 days of the auction ending.

POSTAGE / POSTAGE INSURANCE / DELIVERY ETC

All items are posted within two working days of payment being received. Please note that I am unable to take responsibility for delivery times as I have no jurisdiction over the running of Royal Mail, but in general items within the UK arrive within 3 days of being posted.

UK postage: In order to provide a reliable service, I am now only offering a tracked postage option for inland mail, so that Royal Mail gives me a tracking number and proof of posting for each item posted. This means that you will need to sign for receipt of items when delivered. This costs a little more, but gives you more peace of mind that the item will arrive! 

Overseas postage:   Due to a preponderance of fake cheques and other scams from Spain and Portugal, I no longer post to these two countries. sorry.   Postage costs listed are for airmail, I do not offer sea (surface) mail as this can take months to arrive. Airmail in general takes about 7 - 10 days.  

Feedback/ Queries

I usually leave feedback within 7 days of payment being received.  If you need to contact me urgently, please give me 7 days to reply as occasionally I am away from home in the week, and unless I have auctions ending at the time, may not check emails until I get home again. I will reply as soon as I see your message

Payment and refunds

UK buyers may pay by paypal (preferred), cheque, or postal order. If you are paying by cheque, I reserve the right to await clearance of cheques before mailing the item. If sending a cheque or postal order, please obtain proof of posting, as I will NOT send an item if I do not receive the cheque/ postal order. If you pay by Paypal or postal order, I am able to dispatch your item as soon as I receive payment.

Overseas buyers MUST pay via paypal, in UK currency.

Refunds are available in the following instances:

- item significantly not as described and shown in photograph, and payment recieved for same. (In most cases I will require the item to be returned)

- was posted to a UK address using a trackable postal service (signed for, next day, etc) and has not arrived within three weeks of posting. Standard first and second class mail does not have this option so I prefer not to use these services.

- damaged in the mail when sent to a UK address, and you are able to supply photographic proof and the packaging for Royal Mail to investigate. (unsubstantiated claims will not be recognised. Refunds will be supplied when Royal Mail provide compensation).
